Disharmonic Convergence Part 1
Uncomfortable Feelings in the Manosphere.
First, an apology. I haven’t written in a while. Reality outpaces the combined wordage of the entire internet. There is so much to say, and no time to say it, let alone write or read it. You certainly couldn’t make it up. And there is always the matter of survival—psychic, if not visceral.
That said, let’s dive in.
I’ll begin by borrowing Slavoj Žižek’s column blurb:
Welcome to the desert of the real! If you desire the comfort of neat conclusions, you are lost in this space. Here, we indulge in the unsettling, the excessive, the paradoxes that define our existence.
Famously, the spluttering Slav also quipped:
It is easier to imagine the end of the world than the end of capitalism.
And here we are. We cling to capitalism even now, at the end of law and order, the end of men, the end of climate, the end of clean water from a tap, petrol from a pump and electricity from a socket.
Earlier, I bought a pair of trainers from Primark, as if to forget the little event just before that. I was passing through the University of London, where not long ago, Jeremy Corbyn and others delivered rousing addresses.
From late 2023 through 2024 the School of African and Oriental Studies—a long-standing stalwart of progressive internationalism—was a hub of anti-genocide solidarity, mirroring the encampments at Harvard, Columbia, Berkeley and others. Students carried our anti-genocide, anti-apartheid and anti-war hope.
The encampments were smashed. Rectors, presidents and student leaders have been all but silenced. The Palestine camp was removed from SOAS. It is now a shed beside a falafel stall. The SOAS PSC leader, Haya Adam, has been expelled from the university mid-degree for her activism.
SOAS’ final statement to date mentions that the camp “made some within our community uncomfortable” and “in the early hours of 9 July, police entered the encampment and arrested seven people. At the time of writing, we do not know what prompted these arrests.”
We know now that, be you elderly, disabled, RAF veteran, Jewish, holocaust survivor, distinguished clergy, a placard with the words “I oppose genocide, I support Palestine Action” was your priority ticket to trial without jury under the UK Terrorism Act.
The proscription of Palestine Action was deemed unlawful in February this year by the UK High Court, a ruling the government is appealing and the Metropolitan Police are ignoring.
So priests, veterans, students, doctors, members of the general public, working and retired, able and less able, must suffer the humiliation and anxiety of arrest under the Terrorism Act because some within our community feel uncomfortable.
Is this the same some who felt uncomfortable at a modest exhibition of Gaza chidren’s art at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in February 2023? The NHS Trust bowed to threats from UK Lawyers for YouKnowWho and removed it.
Is this the same some who cancelled a children’s kite workshop at Hitchin Community Centre, organised in solidarity with Gaza children, for whom kite flying was a last simple pleasure?
Is this the same some that is not to be conflated with the settler entity currently pushing for nuclear war with Iran? As Jewish anti-Zionist writer Amanda Gelender 🔮 writes:
Zionists insist that hating ‘Israel’ is tantamount to hating Jews, then in the same breath demand that people do not conflate ‘Israel’ with Jews.
I would feel uncomfortable if anti-children’s art and kite-flying threats and intimidation were being made on my behalf, wouldn’t you?
A year ago, we would set off from here into a diatribe about genocide, apartheid, sabotaged peace talks, military incursions into refugee camps, tonnage of ordance, mass murder of journalists, doctors, emergency workers and children.
Today we can say all that with a single name: Hind Rajab. If you don’t know who she was or why her name is iconic, you really should. Watch this film. If nothing else, it’s a moment of cinematic history.
If the settler entity wishes to bring about the End of Children, the End of Men is happening all by itself. It has been for the whole of his-story but has lately caught our attentions via Louis Theroux’s documentary on Netflix: Inside the Manosphere. If you haven’t seen it, you really should.
Theroux’s style is to get in the room, get people talking and let the camera roll. Last time it was kahanist terrorist Golda Meir. This time it’s the self-predating pyramid of Andrew Tate clones known as the manosphere.
Believing the world has it in for them, these “men” have swallowed enough red pills to suicide conscience, moved to tax havens and followed the Tate playbook:
Say offensive things about and to women
Coerce and manipulate women into de facto sex slavery
Predate on disillusioned incel fan base
Adorn self in trappings of late capitalism (villa, lambo etc).
That’s the surface—or, in the inverted world now being apo-kalypteined (revealed), the ceiling. Gain sufficient clout and you enter the collapsing, mutating technosphere, where myriad players bid to control the narrative.
Harrison Sullivan, AKA the rather Savile-esque handle HSTikkyTokky, used the Theroux piece to leapfrog all the way to Piers Morgan Uncensored, where he produced his gotcha, an IG post by Celia Walder (Morgan’s wife) from 2022.
This, claimed HS TikkyTokky, was proof that Morgan was a puppet. Not the careful investigations by Lowkey, who joined the dots from Morgan to Rupert Murdoch and direct funding of illegal settlements in the West Bank (for instance).
It isn’t Morgan’s hustle the manosphere objects to. It’s his lack of control over his ting, as HS put it—his female human property, who, given half the chance, would be in bed, or bent over a Dubai poolchair, with pumped spermatozoa like HS.
But back to Theroux.
Badgered by his livestream fans, HS tries two gotchas. Was Theroux friends with Jimmy Savile? i.e. Is Theroux, who is north of 25 and wears glasses, a PDF file? Theroux replies that he helped expose Savile, which is true. Theroux has also contemplated his handling of the Savile documentary (on the record), Should he have been more confrontational etc.
Next, HS tries the genocide question. Is ____ committing genocide? Theroux fails to answer. The chat goes wild. Theroux is a puppet.
Theroux could have cut this part out. (Morgan did not publish his spat with HS.) But he leaves it in, along with the part where he pushes back on manosphere idol Sneako’s claim that the world is run by a satanic cabal.
Here’s where we have to take another look at Theroux. Why not admit that the settler entity is committing genocide in Palestine (and Lebanon, and given half a chance, Iran)? The ICC deems it plausible, which is as close as they can come to a verdict prior to formal process. Genocide scholars are unequivocal.
The question clearly made Theroux uncomfortable. But as a Jew? Which is (just about) understable. Or is there more to it? Are there dots to be joined? This is where Gelenden’s argument is crucial: Jews—yes, all Jews—must expel Zionism or be seen as racist, supremacist, genocidal, child-murdering, victim-mocking, above-the-law monsters.
And in the dark light of Trump’s depravity and capture by the Zionist entity, flat denial of Sneako’s claim that a satanic cabal runs the world begs the same question regards uncomfortable feelings or dots to be joined.
The manosphere has no doubt: Theroux is a puppet. Like Morgan, a clever kind of controlled opposition. To be really smart, of course, the manosphere might see its idols — Tate, Rogan, HS et al — as puppets.
It’s interesting to observe that Tate, Sneako and ex ICE agent Myron Gaines, have “converted to Islam.” Young muslim men form a part of their global fanbase.
Here’s where the manosphere becomes a unifying force. Red-pilled incels of all faiths and none can agree on one thing: ownership of women. As Gaines puts it in the Theroux documentary: the right to dicktate when I give it to you.
He also advocates polygamy for males but monogamy for females. After all, it is only natural for men to have sex with multiple partners but inappropriate, unnatural and disgusting, for women to do the same.
Theroux puts this to Gaine’s “girlfriend.” Obviously, she is uncomfortable. After Gaines sends her away to “clean the room,” Theroux asks him if he noticed her discomfort. Gaines denies there’s any problem. She leaves him shortly afterwards.
Gaines represents a sub-Tate, Islam-adjacent neo-patriarchal segment. Or perhaps—to give him more benefit of doubt than he deserves—he successfully gaslights and makes money from that segment. Is his misogyny real? Or is it calculated performance? Manosphere shibboleth? It’s hard to say.
Just as Gelenden calls on all Jews to excoriate Zionism, so we must call on all men to excoriate misogyny. The extreme absurdity of both cases offers ample hold for the aikido throw.
Perhaps the manosphere is the UFC ring wherein the Abrahamic contenders slug it out. Throw in Hinduism, Buddhism, pretty much any and all ideology you can think of. They’re all riddled with misogynistic doctrine.
Yes, I’m liking this more and more. A world lingam-weight championship. It would be less genocicdal and ecocidal than nuclear war.
Easier still of course would be that men stopped and thought for a moment. By whose power is it that they exist at all?
Yanis Varoufakis—to name one current man in lieu of countless great women— reminds us: feminism is liberation for women and men.

Excellent analysis. However, humans of any gender, at any time and in every clime, have always, overwhelmingly, been in cultural chains of carefully cultivated supposed inferiority or superiority. Gender, ethnicity, class/wealth/status being the big boxes which divide into innumerable smaller boxes from physical and intellectual attributes to age or belief loyalty to ....it's a long list. And whether you go back 100k years or 100 its always been present though shifting and morphing through time. Personally I see no full escape just the possibility of some amelioration of the worst aspects. Division and exploitation are too deeply encoded in humanity.
it's the patriarchy itself that gives rise to the possibility of all you so excellently discuss - the 'bros before hoes' culture inherent in this system has to be dismantled/replaced/obliterated before genuine change can emerge.
